COVID-19 Stock Availability & Delivery UPDATE

We are delighted to announce that we have re-opened the doors to our store in St Boswells, as of yesterday, Monday 29th June, 2020.  Whilst our on-line businesses have remained open throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we just wanted to take this opportunity to keep you up to speed with in-store trading activities.

Like others, we are endeavouring to get back to some sort of ‘normality’ whilst aiming to keep our customers and those working  in-store safe at all times.  All that we ask is that you kindly abide by the procedures and guidelines put in place to make your visit with us enjoyable.

We are now in a position to review stock levels and reorder where needed enabling us to satisfy both on-line and in-store requirements.  Please do bear in mind however, that our suppliers too are restocking whilst getting  back to work and getting replenishment stock out to us as quickly as possible.

Any out of stock items will either be refunded or you will be advised of when your item is due back in.  Either way, we will process and despatch your purchases as soon as we are able.

With regards to delivery – items are being despatched as quickly as possible as postal services get back to normal.  As the backlog and disruption during ‘lockdown’ eases, some services may still be taking longer than usual.  Therefore, next day, whilst being despatched on time, may not necessarily get there the following day.
